Mince beef recipe ideas that aren't shepherds pie or bolognese

Hi
Just as the title states really.
I always batch cook with mince but I'm running out of new ideas.
I usually make shepherds pie, bolognese, chilli con carne, but we are all getting sick of the same thing so I'm looking for ideas please, preferably meals I can freeze too! Not asking for much am I?!

Salisbury steaks with gravy

I’ve varied my cottage pie by adding curry powder to the mince and instead of mashed potato on top I chop some sweet potatoes into roughly inch size cubes, boil for 10 mins, drain, add some butter to the pan, hold the lid firmly on and shake the potatoes so they are roughed up a bit then use as topping for the pie

Bolognese but served with cubed roast potatoes. Really good.

Bobotie. It’s South African and has mango chutney in and a topping of something like potato and egg although I can’t be sure about the last bit.

dc will add grated cheese or salsa

Meatloaf with hard boiled eggs buried in it, and a slightly peppery tomato sauce to serve. Perfect for batch cooking because it is one of those dishes that is better cooled and then reheated. Or even eaten cold. I use Claudia Roden's recipe.

Kofte kebabs, you can freeze them on kebab sticks.

My mum makes her own burgers with mince, add chopped onion, dash of brown sauce & ketchup, salt, pepper & an egg, make in to patties & dip in flour then grill, fry or cook in oven. I use the same recipe but add tomato puree, garlic & mint sauce instead of brown sauce & ketchup, I also use fresh breadcrumbs to dry them up but don't dip them in it, just mix in with everything else.
