And do you actually use it or have you lost interest already?

Im still looking at them 🫣🫣 and I’m still undecided….

We got one off my mum in September and it's the best thing we own

My friends for one in January.. air fryer cook ups are the hot topic for us now they are obsessed too😂

grayhairdontcare · 17/02/2023 19:08

I bought one a year ago because we were having the kitchen done.
It is used all the time.
I make loads in it.
Including Yorkshire pudding and crumble

Yarrawonga · 17/02/2023 19:09

No.

Houseplantmad · 17/02/2023 19:10

DD, who’s at uni and who cooks a lot, says the one they have is so useful. She hasn’t used the oven since September. She makes salmon in it and all sorts. She uses foil in it to make cleaning easier.

SamMil · 17/02/2023 19:13

We got given one for Christmas but haven't used it yet..! Contemplating whether to re-gift or give it a try.

pawz · 17/02/2023 19:14

We got one in December - use it probably 3 times a week!! Makes cooking seem really easy on nights we're knackered after work - we've gone to only one takeaway a week from about four 😂 its fab!

OldTinHat · 17/02/2023 19:14

I bought a Ninja 7 in 1 one four years ago. I've not used my oven since!

FannythePinkFlamingo · 17/02/2023 19:15

I bought one in November and I use it every day. Best thing ever. Our's is the Ninja 11 in 1. I managed to make a beef casserole last night in an hour using the pressure cooker function and that included the preparation.

Redglitter · 17/02/2023 19:16

I bought my Mum one as part of her Christmas. She didn't think she'd use it which is why she didn't buy one. I knew she'd use it loads. I was right she, like me, barely uses her oven now. She can't get over how much quicker a lot of things cook in it

Idontgiveagriffindamn · 17/02/2023 19:17

We got a ninja 7 in 1 and we love it. Use it about 5 times a week.
I think as we get more confident with it we will use the oven less.

JamPearl · 17/02/2023 19:17

I love mine. We use it loads

Veryfishy · 17/02/2023 19:18

I bought one before Christmas, used it quite a lot ( Pigs in blankets and crisping up the roast potatoes , chocolate fondants etc … )
I’m home alone tonight and cooked my pizza in it
Its quite useful , I use it most days ( and it will be very useful when we do the kitchen renovation ! )

2Old2BABPpresenter · 17/02/2023 19:18

Bought one in the summer, it’s a ninja two drawer one. It means I don’t use my useless oven ever now. Also the kids can use it without me worrying they’ll burn the house down. I cook so much in it. DP has a habit of cooking various breads in it to dip in hummus or add toppings to. I also cook a whole chicken in it for DP and the youngest DS as myself and the eldest DS are vegan/veggie. Makes life a lot easier.

Luredbyapomegranate · 17/02/2023 19:20

I told my sister she should - she did and loves it.

Eve · 17/02/2023 19:22

My uni based DS asked for 1 and uses it most days - I get frequent photos!

FetchezLaVache · 17/02/2023 19:26

Yes - I asked for one thinking it'd be brilliant, but I didn't realise just how brilliant! I use it most days and I think I've only had the oven on once since I got it. I am positively evangelical about them!

lochmaree · 17/02/2023 19:33

Not for Christmas but got one in January. absolutely love it! haven't used the oven since. ours is one with shelves so like a mini oven. it's got 3 shelves and enough space to cook a meal for 2. I've also done a small pizza in it (could do 3x small pizzas in one go). I've done typical frozen beige oven food which tastes amazing from the air fryer, falafels,

cupcakes and muffins, biscuits. its so good!

lochmaree · 17/02/2023 19:33

ps sorry for my formatting, Android phone on browser.

MeganLogan · 17/02/2023 19:37

We’ve got one with a rotisserie function. Worth it alone just for that!

BooksAndHooks · 17/02/2023 19:37

Yes we got one in October and it’s used daily. The teens use it lots for lunch / snacks.

What do you cook them in? I want to try this but not convinced a silicon case is going to work.

WessexWanderer · 17/02/2023 19:41

Not this year. But I got a ninja foodi for Christmas a few years ago. And I love it. Use it virtually every day.

Mummyboy1 · 17/02/2023 19:42

I got given one at Christmas, only just started using it, but I love it! Cooks things so much quicker! Wish it was bigger tbh.

Triffid1 · 17/02/2023 19:45

To answer OP, I love mine but don't use it for full meals. This week I made fish cakes for me and ds, croissants for breakfast, roasted tomatoes, and today 2 quick jacket potatoes for lunch. Dh made nuggets and chips for dd yesterday.

I regularly do banana muffins as a quick breakfast/break time snack for ds. Or we do sausages as they don't need looking after.

poorbuthappy · 17/02/2023 19:52

We got ours in sept. It's used 5+ times a week by everyone. The only time we use the oven now is for a big pizza
