Found out my little niece has cancer and not coping

Last month we found out that my little nice has a bone marrow cancer....is progressing so quick and all family is in pieces right now....she is waiting for bone marrow donor but in mean time have to have blood transfusions every other day....they are really strugling to pay all the bills and is so hard for my brother....i set up gofundme page but not sure where to share it really.... i have gave them all my savings to help them cope but there is not much I could do anymore....it really affected my health as i got such a big deppresions.....i really dont know what to do.....
Plz help i need someone to talk to
