Does this diary/planner exist?

I'm looking for an A4 day per page diary but with a notes page per day , to write my daily to do list on. This is for work, to map my appointments on the dated day but a blank page for my diary to do list.
I cannot find one at all. Anyone got any idea?

I am a big fan on the Ella iconic planners. You can download a digital version too which I find really helpful.

Look at academic diaries, OP. Day per page for lesson planning.

I have an a4 Filofax with a day to view diary and slot in a4 paper for additional notes. It works really well. They are pricey but I got mine on eBay.

@crochetmonkey74 there's a website where you can design your own diary / planner. It's called 'So typical me'- might be worth a look to see if you can get what you need from them.

Yes you can order Academic Diaries too - they run August through July. Used to place bulk orders in another life!! LOL!! Pirongs is the Supplier but not cheap for singular orders.
