Do you prefer coffee or tea?

I just read a thread about how much coffee people drink and lots of posters said 3, 4 or 5 coffees in a day! I only occasionally drink coffee if I am meeting a friend and I don’t even enjoy it tbh.

At home I would always drink a cup of tea in the morning and maybe one in the afternoon and it’s water the rest of the time.

Are you a coffee or tea person?

I like both.
Two teas, one coffee (proper) in the morning.
herbsl tea with lunch
another herbal tea in the afternoon
sometimes another black tea in the afternoon
2 herbal teas in the evening

I couldn’t drink cold drinks at all during my last pregnancy and haven’t got back into them since!

Both. Coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon.

If I absolutely had to pick one, it would be coffee.

I'm exactly the same! I love a nice milky coffee made from the coffee shop, but even a latte gives me the shakes, and my heart races. I have to ask for a latte with have a shot of espresso, if I don't want to feel wired for hours, and they look at me like I'm mad! My husband drinks strong black coffee, and I just couldn't imagine how off my face I'd feel if I had one. Strange how it affects people so differently!

Both equally. About 2 of each per day.

Black tea to start with then two barely white coffees using my aeropress when I get to work, then perhaps a black tea after lunch. Always have a pint of squash on the go. Hmmmm maybe that's why I have to get up in the night almost every night 🤔. Bad tea easier to drink than bad coffee. Agree with PPs, when I rule the world, instant coffee will be BANNED!

Both equally, but it depends on the time of day. Tea tastes weird at 11am, but I wouldn't drink coffee at 3pm!

Tea every time.l like the smell of coffee, but the taste is not good. I drink 3 or 4 mugs a day.
