Just after Christmas, I ordered some makeup online (about £80 worth, so not cheap). It's being delivered via Evri. On new year's eve, I got a notification saying my parcel delivery would be delayed. And it's still with Evri a week later.
I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and how they resolved it. Evri's website only takes me to an online chatbot. I'm also worried about the state the makeup will be in when it arrives!
The foundation in the order is my favourite but the fact they only deliver to my address using Evri really puts me off using them - in the past I've also had packages delivered to a different address (not clear where from the photos) and arrived damaged. The makeup company will always replace but it's very annoying.
