Is anyone having issues with Evri atm?

Just after Christmas, I ordered some makeup online (about £80 worth, so not cheap). It's being delivered via Evri. On new year's eve, I got a notification saying my parcel delivery would be delayed. And it's still with Evri a week later.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and how they resolved it. Evri's website only takes me to an online chatbot. I'm also worried about the state the makeup will be in when it arrives!

The foundation in the order is my favourite but the fact they only deliver to my address using Evri really puts me off using them - in the past I've also had packages delivered to a different address (not clear where from the photos) and arrived damaged. The makeup company will always replace but it's very annoying.

According to the tracking my Evri parcel cannot be re-delivered because it's larger than expected and requires a specialist courier.

It's a fucking paperback book.

Another delivery I’m waiting for has been in their depot since last Tuesday

…and now it’s not coming at all. I contacted the company to ask them to chase it up as Evri website says for the seller to contact them if it’s been in the depot for more than 7 days.
I’ve been refunded. The items are now not all in stock.

Yes!! I run a business and bizarrely I’ve found for most of them if I contact them on that chatbot it gives it a nudge and is delivered the following day but some I’m still waiting delivering since mid December! Ive phoned the number and after repeating the tracking number in every accent possible, it still doesn’t understand what I’m saying, then when I click the option to get through to speak to someone it just says they’re too busy right now and hangs up!

I got a survey through for them today and thought this is my chance to tell them so started filling it out but it was all about how helpful the staff at the petrol station I drop them off at is 🤔 what?! I’d prefer you could answer the phone and/or deliver my parcel!

Update, after waiting the required time Superdrug did refund…… two days later the bloomin parcel arrived!

Help I can’t get Evri to take a payment for a return ???

SO many issues. They have lost at least 10-15 parcels that I've shipped/bought for me. They have most recently lost an order worth over £200. Luckily I purchased via vinted so should get fully compensated.

Weirdly a Vinted parcel arrived at my house today - I ALWAYS pick deliver to store as it's cheaper and was.confused why I'd got an Evri notification email earlier today with the estimated delivery time. When it arrived it has the label on with the store details but then another over the top with mine on. It was only sent 3 days ago so hasn't been delayed anywhere. Really odd but I'm not complaining!!
