Anyone get any lovely new lego for Christmas? I did, the New York skyline aaaaand The Starry Night!!! Started that one today

I got the orchid and van gogh. Both built. Love them both. I thought the sky in the van gogh might be a bit tedious to build but not at all.

Ds for baby yoda and baba hutt. He built yoda at home and brought the other one back to university with him.

I have my eye on the taj mahal for my birthday. Ds is trying to convince me to go with the eiffel tower but I think it's a bit big.

We got the Home Alone house last year so have just disassembled and packed away. Kids liked rebuilding it as a Christmas thing!

This year otherwise was the Medieval Castle, and the kids got a range of sets- Minecraft, Orchids, London skyline, a City one with animals, and the Noodle Shop.

have my eye on the Starry night but not sure where I’d put it.

I got the Titanic and Harry Potter Hogsmade village. I got a gift card from work for Christmas and i have my eye on the orchid with it. Its just frustrating i cant spend the gift card in lego as i could get the VIP points.

Is it all original Lego buildings or have you made up your own creations? I keep coming back to look at it to see if I can figure out which sets you’ve made it from.

I’ve got the train and the station, and I’d love to get hold of the original winter village sets, especially 10235, but prices are insane!

Saving up for the Saturn V and discovery space shuttle now.

My 20 year old DS still loves Lego and was sat at the kitchen table for ages over Christmas constructing his present - a Star Wars Inquisitor Transport Scythe. I have a soft spot for the figures - he got Obi Wan Kenobj this time! 😄

I got the orchids - I love it! I always manage to kill real orchids but they were my grandmas favourite so DH got me these

@hattie43 it took me a couple of hours to do and that includes getting up and down to help kids with stuff too. First bit you need to be a bit careful but overall it was pretty straightforward

I bought my husband Saturn V for Christmas this year. He's over the moon (haha), as he's building PC to Apollo V concept (colour wise), which I didn't know about. He keeps buying and selling hardware all the time, so I lost the plot. I'm sure your son will enjoy it. It's quite big.

i have most of the winter village sets (missing 10235 and the bakery). I bought most when they came out so didn’t pay the crazy prices.

so most of it is sets, but I build the landscape and the river/waterfall. I’d like to build more of my own buildings but need to buy more bricks to do that!

Bought Technic 42130 this morning, nearly 2000 pieces to make a BMW motorbike. Can't wait to get started and display it alongside the Mclaren F1 car and Porsche GT3 racing car
