I was so surprised to see the Evri man at my door yesterday. Never had them deliver in a Sunday before.

Maybe I'm in a very fortunate minority, but my Evri courier is lovely and friendly and always delivers on time, I've left her a few good reviews. I realise now I've said this that my next parcel is doomed.

We haven't had any post for over a week, and Evri parcels are also MIA. Bit sad as it's been my birthday.

evri has been pretty good in our area (aren’t they just rebranded Hermes?) they seemed to improve with the rebrand around here! DPD are the best.

I'm a lucky one in the minority as mine is great! He knows if my car isn't on the drive to leave my parcel in the shed! He was out and about delivering parcels yesterday (Sunday) and gave me a wave despite not delivering to me for a change!!

Oh no, just realised my parcel is coming via Evri!! I'm not going to get it, am I? I thought it was Royal mail. Bugger!

Usually Evri are on time but I’ve had two parcels delayed this week, one due Sunday which was rescheduled for yesterday and one yesterday which they rescheduled for today. They’ll be inundated with packages with it coming up to Christmas, Black Friday, cyber Monday.
I’ve had stuff come Evri which is normally delivered by Royal Mail and talking to the Yodel driver, they are struggling to get drivers and are working flat out 🤷‍♀️

they are just pants they are so bad i have stopped my twice monthly order from an online shop that only use them for free delivery its just not worth the hassle

i have told the company that Evri are crap and they will lose custom and they have me as i have found a better supplier and there delivery is always on time

Hermes rebranded as the name was associated with shockingly bad customer service... new name; same company; same horrible service!

Our parcel arrived the other day from evri clearly opened and empty. But hey it was delivered.

Our Evri courier is lovely, he lives locally. But I've still had two Evri parcels 'missing'. They were scheduled for delivery on a certain date, then 'delayed' and the tracking never updated. He finally brought them nearly a fortnight late. I'm sure it isn't his fault - he had brought us another parcel in the meantime - I assume the delays happen before he gets to them, at the depot.

We've got a quite a few parcels (Christmas presents), from several different retailers, which have been languishing in the depot for nearly two weeks. There have been no further delivery updates. We've contacted all of the retailers who are investigating...It seems that the depot is in chaos, I wish they'd be honest and communicate this to customers. We've never experienced any problems with Hermes/Evri until now, although I know that many people have.
