Also glad OP met the challenge, lol.
I could blow £250 on a perfect's night sleep (sadly my insomnia is internal so money can't fix it, but still, £250 would be worth it).

I couldn't physically spend the £250 in a single town.
Maybe I could do a trawl of cycling & watersport shops. I'd really like some nice neoprene footwear but the shops that sell it are not all in one town, mostly in random far apart places, truly.

Could we buy a nice bottle of liqueur to consume on multiple days?
