45 colleagues to buy for, all junior to me, aged 25-45, 50:50 m:f split. I have £3 left from the budget (I’ve already bought festive socks for everyone)was thinking a festive chocolate box (£1), bath bomb (£1) and something else? Or could replace the choc and bath bomb with one £3 thing. Need to have it wrapped up by the weekend. Suggestions please?

you can't go wrong with a selection box or if they are £3 a celebrations/heroes/quality street bag/box because any they don't like they could give away or share with family

sidsgranny · 30/11/2022 07:06

handcream?

BigBunkers · 30/11/2022 07:09

Defo something chocolate related that they can scoff or regift

ChristmasCakeAndStilton · 30/11/2022 07:09

Selection box

WhoopItUp · 30/11/2022 07:11

One chocolate item for £3 rather than more cheaper things. No-one wants tat, just give them chocolate that they can eat or regift.

TheSausageKingofChicago · 30/11/2022 07:11

Box of chocs

crochetmonkey74 · 30/11/2022 07:11

I like the idea of a Christmas mug with chocs in

Defiantlynot41 · 30/11/2022 07:14

Selection box, then they can donate to food bank if they don't like chocolate (I understand there are a few people who don't)

Or Hotel chocolat had a deal if you bought x number of their little crackers which might come in on budget as you have such a lot of people to buy for

primeoflife · 30/11/2022 07:14

Panettone!

almondflake · 30/11/2022 07:19

I'd go to your local pound shop and get a selection box /chocolates and a tree bauble ☺️

SequinsandStilettos · 30/11/2022 08:02

Tesco currently has Terry's chocolate oranges for a pound so 1 x orange (can easily regift), 1 x bath bomb and 1 x silver or gold bead chain deco (also a pound from Tesco).

Hopemax · 30/11/2022 08:06

£1 bath bombs are crap quality, sound the £3 on one thing rather than little bits.
I have never in my life been given Christmas baubles/decorations as a gift, I find the suggestions of this bizarre.

Greengr · 30/11/2022 08:14

Scratch cards
Lottery ticket
Choc orange
Mini bottle of wine

SequinsandStilettos · 30/11/2022 08:16

Ooh yes. Much better. Socks + choc orange + £2 lottery lucky dip.

TicketToRideFan · 30/11/2022 08:25

Choc orange and mini selection box

CatByDay · 30/11/2022 08:30

Chocolate. Scratchcard.

Definitely not a mug or bath bomb. Most of that will end up in the charity shop or bin.

GoldenGorilla · 30/11/2022 08:33

Please no bath bombs, especially cheap ones are going to be nasty and irritate lots of peoples skin.
£1 on chocolates, £2 on lottery ticket? Unless you think you have team members with religious issues with gambling, I have a vague idea some religions don’t allow it.
definiteoy not Christmas decorations, that’s a bizarre idea.

User359472111111 · 30/11/2022 08:33

Chocolate.

Not bath products as people are allergic, don’t have baths etc. Not Knickknacks like candles or mugs, they are just unwanted clutter.

Chocolate can be given away. One nice thing for £3 not two crappy things either. Less wrapping, better bang for buck.

tulips27 · 30/11/2022 08:35

Costa voucher? Just maybe because it's something that won't end up in a charity shop/landfill and most people enjoy.

NoDairyNoProblem · 30/11/2022 08:36

I would rather have a pair of socks and a bar of nicer chocolate than more cheaper stuff.
Tony’s chocoloney is nice and you can get a mix of flavours for under £3 a bar on Amazon and in Sainsbury’s.

Almost all flavours on offer at £2.70

Socks, chocolate item, lottery ticket. Or just socks and chocolate item.
