I do, and I know quite a few others do. Do you?

Definitely mts - that works best. Secur - I think if you were in a group like that you'd get into doing it without even meaning to.

See secur - the group excitement is already working!!!

Always be sure to clean the TV screen first. Dust tastes bad.

Oooh yes!!! And make sure there's no non-believers in the room else they'll think you're having intermittent asthma attacks.

I always find covering the floor and furniture with plastic sheeting a wise precaution too.

wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:49

Yes sm - that is necessary once you become a very big 'doer'!!!

OP posts:
spacedonkey · 01/12/2004 11:50

Really only for advanced doers, yes

wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:51

A few tissues to mop one's brow will suffice for beginners.

Lou and I had to wear a bib last time we did it together.

I did it for a bit yesterday and had to fan my face a lot and have a little sit down to recover afterwards.

OP posts:
spacedonkey · 01/12/2004 11:54

I was going to say a fan is another useful accessory. Sometimes it's difficult to keep cool when doing it.

wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:58

And it helps to remember dh's will probably NOT understand why you feel the need to do it, but that's ok.

OP posts:
spacedonkey · 01/12/2004 11:59

It's not normally something one would do with one's partner

wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 12:00

No, it would worry me if I had a partner willing to do it with me!!!

Mind, if your partner had someone else to do it for at the same time, it could still be a joint activity.

secur - in both of my recommendations there was at least one option for your dh.

More if he is into slappers and the undead (ok, the big weird clues are coming out now!)
