I did it for a bit yesterday and had to fan my face a lot and have a little sit down to recover afterwards.

I was going to say a fan is another useful accessory. Sometimes it's difficult to keep cool when doing it.

And it helps to remember dh's will probably NOT understand why you feel the need to do it, but that's ok.
