My shame is in still having absolutely no idea what you're all talking about. I'm having a bit of a 'slow' day.

wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:01

Awwww, you're making me feel sorry for you ct - like I've left a little puppy out in the cold!!

What, you mean you have to be taught, there is technique and skill involved. In that case ive been doing it wrong for years. No wonder im no good at it!

wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:07

What if your mum had sat you down at the right age a given you a good grounding for later life - would you have been more ready to accept the idea?

OP posts:
wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:07

Technique and skill??? In what way?

OP posts:
wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:08

(donbean - i think you're still out in the cold but can't enlighten you in public!!)

coppertop · 01/12/2004 11:08

I've got to go to a meeting now but will e-mail later to find out what you're all on about.

Donbean · 01/12/2004 11:08

You know, to do it effectively. It has to provide results that you can actually SEE.

Donbean · 01/12/2004 11:09

No im not out in the cold. Ive done some very vigorously this morning and im sweating buckets.

wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:09

Well true db - but the trail of drool down your chin is a subtle hint.

OP posts:
wobblyknicks · 01/12/2004 11:11

Sweating buckets??? You must be far better at it than me!!! You're more in Lou's league now!!! Do you do it for anyone else too, like she does?

Hmm, that could be it - but my mum doesn't either - she does for someone else though. Mind you, Lou is my surrogate mum and she DEFINITELY does, so maybe its quasi-genetic (big loooong words!!!)
