Are after dinner chocolates still a thing? I remember having those Elizabeth Shaw ones after a roast dinner when my gran came round.

Also, After Eight mints.

Mint is a palate cleanser. I would just eat the whole box tbh.

Many eateries give a mint with your receipt.

We went to a nice Nepalese restaurant this week, we got chocolate cream mint each with the bill. First one I've had for ages, a pleasant finish to the meal.

We have just had some!

Only, as 3 of us don't like mint, we don't have after-dinner mints. Instead we indulge in a bar of Lindt 70%, or similar.

NB I am not one of the anti-minters. To be left alone with dh and a box of After Eights is one of my life's delights.

Yes it's a branded tin, Think they did it as a gift set a couple years ago.
