So it's sung by a young black female singer early 20's at most.
She could be really well known for all I know.

I heard/saw it on YouTube approx 2 to 3 yrs ago. The video, she's in her house/flat/bedroom and singing about being happy or safe in her surroundings. I'm sure I remember a cosy room and her wearing just regular top and jeans type. Fairly casual but modern.

The tune I remember is very sweet, just a happy mindful sort of vibe.
As I didn't know who she is I was thinking blimey she's fresh, original, this is going to appeal.
She was just her true self.

I loved the song but I don't have any tune, nothing.
Even if I did I'm not very good at describing the erm younger genres.

I'm not sure if it's rap exactly but let's say we're not talking NWA style so a rap/singing combo.
Melodic but not warbly 😆
She had on jeans and top, smart casual type not anything revealing.
Dark hair possibly short style, natural but not afro.
Kind of understated.
Round normal nice face.

Like I said I can't pinpoint the type of music.
Arghhh.

No noone I can remember in video.
I only saw half the video tho, it was one of those where you're like ooh I like this girl she's being true.

The thought of oh I really liked that song, singer has popped into my mind a few times.
I asked daughter to ask around. I just thought it could be something well known online that I just didn't know. Hence me hoping the video and appearance description would prompt someone here to go oh that's so an so!
