When I was still at school, many moons ago, there was about in my year whose dad drove a car that was the colour and shape of an orange 🍊. It was absolutely an orange on wheels. I can only assume his dad did some type of fruit promotion work.

Similar to @YorkieTheRabbit , there was a smart car up my road when I was little that was covered in fake grass, which I think was promotion for a fake grass company!

Based on the running-gear of a Mini I believe, there was a fleet of them (1970's-1980's).
I remember that in the late 1980's, several of them were parked up in a yard off the High Street in Berkhamstead.
