Chanel No. 5 is very strong and heavy. It certainly does not answer the OP's question.

There is a Caroline Herrera perfume that smells like that. I admired it on a lady while I was on holidays. She told me the name but I can't remember it. Does anyone know what it's called? 😃

Nomade by Chloe always reminds me of the smell of Imperial Leather soap immediately after washing your hands with it. Always feel clean and fresh when I wear it.

Pure Grace by Philosophy. Exactly that Fresh smell.

Perfume Parlour has a scent that is baby powder and one called Nivea.

Lush Snow Fairy is very soapy clean smelling.

No. 5 (on my skin at least, and I know all skin is different) dries down to a pure powder scent.

I wouldn't consider it to be heavy - it's generally considered to be a medium-sillage scent, not heady or overpowering.

But things smell different on different folks.

Cacharel Noa smells soft and comforting, in a soapy way. You can usually buy it pretty cheaply too.

Glow by JLo. It was famously described in a big perfume directory as “the scent of a well-scrubbed sixteen-year-old”

Ooo this reminds me, Cacherel Anais Anais is quite a nice, powdery, smell - and reminds me of being 15 (which is not necessarily a good thing)
