I'm drinking my second coffee of the day, in peace. The washer's just spinning the first load of towels, and gammon's in the slow cooker for tea too 😋

I want to nip to Asda for some fruit and eggs, and the girls school shirts need ironing ready for the morning.

They did their homework yesterday since we didn't go to town, so this afternoon we'll probably do the diy hot chocolate bombs dd2 wanted to have a go at, and maybe try sugar mice again but leave them to dry out for much longer than last time!

I think I'm going to frog my current crochet project tonight and maybe pick up an unfinished dino instead...or maybe my Christmas village.

I am also on my second coffee of the day, just finished Wordle and I’m working up the energy to clean up before the kids get home at lunchtime. It shouldn’t take me too long thankfully.

No doubt we’ll play Barbies this afternoon, then visit my parents. Roast chicken dinner here.

I'm on my second cup of tea, dishwasher on, washing hung out and then off to a stained glass workshop that I am quite excited about. We will be making Christmas decorations.

I'm still in bed with a hot chocolate as it's cold and I refuse to put the heating on.
Both DS are playing PlayStation as I promised them a chilled out day after dragging them out all day yesterday, and have no homework so probably have a nice chilled out a day get some housework done and bake a cake this afternoon.

I am popping out to Screwfix about 11-30 for some screws I need
We will make the bed, and have shower baht before then
Full english about 1pm
May go out for a walk etc in the car and snack

BTW - I am famous, lol. Last night a dear PP heads up to me re my pizza delivery/tipping thread appeared in Newsweek - I and others got a mention. PP's helped me make my mind up.
A couple of weeks ago another thread of mine went into the Daily mail, BiL naming their dog after me. (I just hope BiL does not read that)

Just had bacon sandwiches in front on CBeebies. Now for a duck walk and park on the way to the shops.

Home for a nap & then cooking a roast this afternoon, and having neighbour’s 16 year old round who is home alone. Her and DS love each other.

I am sitting by the window at my kitchen table basking in the sun, washer is spinning so will be pegging that out soon. DH is away for two weeks and DS went off onlads holiday on friday for a week so i have the house to myself !
today i am changing the bed and will have a leisurly bath later, I'm going to plaster a hair mask on soon and wear it under a plastic cap all day cos theres no one here to laugh 😃 food will be mainly sandwich based and i have several things eyed up to watch on Netflix this afternoon. I am planning a house clean when i put the clean sheets on which will be bliss as it will stay clean and tidy all week. I love them dearly but a house on my own holds a special kind of peace.

DD has been up all night with a cold but seems to be feeling much better now - DH covered breakfast and I had a lovely lie in. Currently building a mega Brio train track with DS whilst watching yesterday’s Saturday Kitchen.

Clearing the garden down for winter this afternoon, my new coffee machine is hopefully arriving at some point and we’ll finish off homework before having an early supper of sausages, mash and peas with gravy. Hope everyone has a lovely day.

I'm the only one downstairs at the moment, drinking coffee and chilling with the dogs. Eldest in the shower, he's off to a tennis match this morning.

This afternoon youngest has a county cricket trial so kids sport will take up most of the day.

I'm also planning on doing a bit of work on my new tapestry and listening to Wolf Hall in honour of the wonderful Hilary Mantel.

This afternoon we’re all off to watch DD play football at a proper football league ground with a crowd 🥺 They’ve been drawn in the cup against a team leagues above them and she’s dreading it!! ( she’s in goal bless her) I don’t like watching at the best of times and haven’t for years as she’s 21!! Then we will have gin 😊

Lovely thread. I'm just about to enjoy a cup of tea, then I will clean the kitchen. I am meeting DH after his work at 2pm for lunch and we will pick up some food shopping on the way home. Back to the house to potter for a couple of hours ... some chores in the garden and a crossword.... Then just a light supper tonight watching the next episode of capture and planning to read in bed before an earlyish night.

Listening to wolf hall sounds wonderful! I need to add that to my list of things to do!

We’ve been out for breakfast, now we’re having snacks and watching my sons film pick, the odd life of Timothy Green. This afternoon we’re going for a walk around Walthamstow Wetlands.

I need to get my arse into gear really and do some washing, but once you’re sat down putting clothes in a washing machine seems so much effort.

I've been in a terrible fug since Friday thanks to an unwanted letter telling me how awful I am (from my youngest son who went NC with me over 2yrs ago). I've been in bed since. But! I am going to get up, have a shower and take myself for a walk and a trip to the cinema today.

We went hill walking yesterday and out for lunch while plater died on the walls at home. I will hopefully be paining my sitting room later and cooking dinner for DS GF who is over this evening. I will also be visiting the tip.

Day at home today (rare), I’m going to cook for the freezer to use things up that need eating, Boulangere potatoes, veg soup.

I’ve just transferred food for the week from my freezer in the shed to my freezer in the kitchen and planned my evening meals for the week.

Bit of gardening, ironing. Reading papers for a meeting at work tomorrow afternoon.

I’ve just renewed my Ifit membership so will get back on my indoor bike today after not using it since I had covid last month.

Thank goodness for that! I was worried about poor plater dying on the wall while you ate you lunch. You don't want to know the image that created!

Drinking a strong cup of filter coffee, waking up after a wedding we went to last night at a nature reserve. OH is nauseous after drinking 3 bottles of Prosecco.😂 my dear mum watched our daughter last night and we came home to an immaculate house😄 promised my toddler a cooked breakfast but have given her wedding cake 😂
doing corned beef hash for tea- doing laundry- watching Brooklyn 99 on Netflix- food shop and nap 😄 I don’t know about you all’s but I love Sundays. I automatically go into relaxation mode

I’m going to walk the dogs in the woods.
Have a go at making a batch of green tomato chutney (I have a glut).
Might do cottage pie for tea.

Day 2 of potty training. If yesterday is anything to go by I'll spend most of the day mopping up puddles

Still in bed. DH dropping DS at station to go into city to meet his mates. Will have bacon roll once DH brings the rolls back in with him. Nothing else planned all day but should probably wash kitchen floor.

DH is off at his football match this morning for his U12s team, so he'll be out until lunchtime ish.

DS1 is watching tv in the living room for a change, he's usually hiding in his bedroom. DS2 is playing in the living room and I am sitting with them MNing. I had a lie in until 9ish as was working last night and didn't get home until midnight.

Today I need to go to Tesco and the toy shop - birthday presents are needed for my dad and DS2 has 3 birthday parties coming up that we need to get presents for.

Then over to my parents to deliver dad's present as they're going away tomorrow for 2 weeks.

Sandwiches for lunch and then we are meeting my friend and her two dds at the park this afternoon so the kids can play and we can catch up.

Tonight will be the usual getting ready for school next week and I will paint my nails ready for work next week.

Am going to go and put some washing on, have a shower and have another cup of tea before we head out.
