Me, helped highly anxious son with some flash cards for his upcoming French exam. Not much, but I feel better for helping him keep calm.

You?

Come brag to me! Come tell me your (seemingly small) life wins ! 😃

I made an amazing veggie lasagne. Was wolfed down by all.

Awrite · 18/09/2022 22:33

Own made flash cards are an excellent way to study by the way.

Bonjovispjs · 18/09/2022 22:33

I managed to get my cat's medicine in his mouth, never an easy task 😆

I left Dm's early to catch a ferry, quite a long drive. I'm glad I did because there was a bridge swing just down from hers and then the roads were packed with cars/people needing to go shopping. The journey is normally quite easy on a Sunday.

IceStationZebra · 18/09/2022 22:34

Made some brilliant gravy.

NoSquirrels · 18/09/2022 22:36

Tidied out the baking cupboard, the spice cupboard and the oils & vinegars. Absolutely invisible domestic shite.

Pleasegivemeyourwisdom · 18/09/2022 22:36

I'm loving these. Small wins. But mighty wins 🤣

Used my amazing Apple peeler, corer and all in one slicer thing to peel buckets full of apples from my tree and freeze huge amounts. I suspect we may be a bit tired of apple puddings by the Spring but I have a satisfied feeling about all the free food.

Also made an Apple crumble for tea!

Beautifulsunflowers · 18/09/2022 22:38

Tackled the ironing pile - still not completed but definitely a lot smaller than it was.

Craftybodger · 18/09/2022 22:38

Flu jab this morning. Roast and crumble for supper - with our own apples and local blackberries picked this afternoon!

Went and sat with an adopted old lady today for an hour or so. She goes into my other half's shop, and he took her under his wing and she only lives round corner

Bless her she rambles but appreciates my company every Sunday

KylieCharlene · 18/09/2022 22:44

Spent today (well most of it) sitting chilling on the sofa.
I've been planning this for the last two weeks as the last two weekends I've been busy working.
I've really enjoyed not having anything to do and I feel rested for once.
