Just got a some wraps/tortillas on offer. Usually use them for fajitas or just chicken with salad. Would like to do something more interesting but mind is blank. Inspire me please!

There's also a Nigella Mexican Lassgne that is well worth trying. Really fancy one now 🤣

I use them as pizza bases. Spread over a bit of tomato purée or BBQ sauce then top with cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and pre-cooked chicken, for example. Put in the oven for around 15 mins.

Or I use them instead of the pasta layer in lasagne.

Or or cut them up, air fry them until crispy, then serve as a biscuit or cracker replacement with a dips and cheese and other picky foods.

In case you can't tell, I eat lower carb.
