Has anyone else had their Tesco order cancelled today?

Seems to be a wide spread problem.

I get these things happen but the email struck the wrong tone with “we hope this hasn’t caused you any inconvenience” - of course it bloody well has! I now need to shop my whole weeks shopping again and this time I get to do it in store on a Friday evening. Balls!

I saw a post on Facebook saying every order in the country has been cancelled between 1pm and 7pm. No idea of details or why.

Bit of a balls up, that must be ££££ worth of orders. I won’t be going to Tesco to repurchase food for this week, Aldi is closer. I only chose Tesco for online “convenience”

Lots of tweets to them, they aren’t acknowledging a widespread problem at the moment.

Surely it must be a tech failure? Anyone think their system could have been hacked to tell us they've all been cancelled but it's not actually the case?

Well that's not true as ours has just been delivered (due 1-2) so slightly late by about 10 mins so nothing out of the ordinary.

I think Tesco's are having lots of widespread issues.
Our online order was cancelled last week - it was a farce told us it was delayed but would be delivered by 2am, no show, it was cancelled without telling us. I had to ring up Sat morning at 7:30 am for status to be told they have cancelled the order.
Fridges have broken multiply times in different locations.
Tills were not working in multiple locations.

I went into Tesco at 6pm last night and the shelves were bare !!! It looked like the delivery hadn't turned up for a month !

Apparently the picking system has gone down, so the pickers had no info on what to pick for the afternoon slots.

Their voicemail says all order after 1pm are cancelled.

I was trying to call about something else, but the queue is too long, so I gave up for today.

Yes mine!! Was due between 1-2. Phoned to find out where it was and heard recorded message.

An email would have been appreciated Tesco!!

They seem to be having bad tech issues this week, Monday night the website was down for nearly 3 hours meaning no one could order/update orders, luckily I managed to get on at 9pm to update my order.

Then on a Tuesday my payment was declined, rang them and they said no Mastercard payments could be processed. I only have Mastercard cards so it was looking like they were going to have to cancel my order, miraculously the payment managed to go through on the third and final card we tried.

Because I’m too lazy busy I’ve reordered for Sunday 9-10pm. I’ll be very peeved if that’s cancelled because I’ll be without a car for the beginning of the week.

Mine is due between 2 & 3. I got a text advising of that but haven't received a receipt which I thought was strange. So annoying!!

Not sure this is true - mine was booked for 2pm - 3pm, and arrived at 1.55 all intact!!

Yup mines cancelled but it was 9-10pm this evening
managed to get the last/only available slot for tomorrow now so fingers crossed - it’s a complete pain!

They've had a lot of delivery problems this year and I've noticed now when making an online order certain items will say they are unavailable for delivery on a particular date at a particular time - all different dates/times depending on what you're buying. Last week they had notes on frozen items to say the freezers were being changed or something. I went to the store only to find everything had been swapped round but all the signs were in the same place! Shambles all round.

The printer wouldn't print the labels at the store I work in today. I did one pick at at 8am and that was it.

I've just rebooked for tomorrow as my delivery for today was up to 6pm but I don't imagine it's coming.

So disappointed, my husband is away out so I had decided to treat myself to some nice dinner and stuff in for breakfast while he's in bed tomorrow morning suffering with a hangover!!

Mind you, they always cancel on a whim or sometimes just don't turn up, don't know why I bother still using them!!!
