Has anyone else had their Tesco order cancelled today?

Seems to be a wide spread problem.

I get these things happen but the email struck the wrong tone with “we hope this hasn’t caused you any inconvenience” - of course it bloody well has! I now need to shop my whole weeks shopping again and this time I get to do it in store on a Friday evening. Balls!

I’ve had an additional email from my local store apologising again if this happened to be an inconvenience!

I feel they’d do themselves a favour if they acknowledged that yes in fact most people are inconvenienced by this inconvenience. Maybe a coupon for free delivery next time or something.

Country wide. All orders from 1pm cancelled. It's all over Twitter but I've not had anything from Tesco to actually advise me which is poor.

Massive software failure which meant orders from 1pm onwards couldn't be picked, packed or loaded.

So, no deliveries for the affected customers and staff either found something else to do in store or won't home early.

Should be fine for tomorrow, but will mean very big loads for every driver ALL day long. Not looking forward to it.....🤐
