Graduation gift

My son graduates as a Doctor at the end of the year (all being well). I’ve been trying to think of a gift without much luck. I wanted to get something that will last, can be useful or ornamental. Any ideas?

Some specific equipment he may need or a really fancy organizer/pen. Could be a custom photo planner with family pictures or his school logo or a motivational quote. A graduation video with photos of him throughout his studying years would be a nice adding, too.
