Anybody else in the same boat? I feel motivated and also crabby. Results inspiration, tips and tricks, favorite recipes etc. all welcome!

There is a good thread on the diet section about it. I’m 2 weeks in and lost 10lbs. Last 2 days torture bc of period but it bloody works. Hoping tomorrow I’ll be less starving and bloated but apparently it’s normal to be ravenous on period. I’ve found it weirdly easy so far! I recommend skipping breakfast to be able to have 2 more normal sized meals. Intermittent fasting if you want to be fancy.

I’m on day one today too! I’m getting married in 3 months and my wedding dress (brought pre-lockdown and baby!) doesn’t do up atm!

I haven’t signed up on the site as it’s a bit expensive but am using my fitness pal. I’m going to have Greek salad with some chicken for dinner in a minute (I roasted one yesterday and plan to have it over a few days).

That's an amazing result! I'll definitely check out the thread. Yes my plan is my usual coffee with whole milk for breakfast, very light protein snack/lunch (peanut butter or tuna), then dinner. I think it will be easier than three tiny meals! I've been putting off weighing myself (scared of the scale!) But I suppose I should so I can feel good about my progress!

I'm using MFP also! And greek salad sounds delicious, I think I'll do that tomorrow!

Skipped breakfast is definitely the way that works for me. I have had success with keto before and when adapted I find it easy to wait. Sometimes I only have one meal a day. I’m due on in 4 days so hope the worst adaption is over by then!

Drink loads of water. Get a reminder for it on your phone or smart speaker.

I have to have my one coffee with milk each day (I look forward to it so much, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's right now!) Should I save it for noon? Does it make a big difference when it's consumed?
