I had to Google the bit in brackets. The time is daft - I went out, did other stuff ....

I can't get the daily Redactle to work at all - blank black screen yesterday and today. I did Redactle unlimited but pressume you can just work through these so nobody is doing the same one?

My results just now were much better but not sure this can be measured against anyone else. Can anyone confirm or know how to get Redactle.com to work?

It's back today. I should have counted letters, could have narrowed my options sooner.

If you choose the 'daily' option in Redactle unlimited then you get the same topic as the redactle. That's why quite a lot of us were mentioning having to Google the bit in brackets. It was Japanese invasions of Korea (1592–1598) and it needed the dates.

Todays redactle, all about counting the word lengths and working out what might fit. Fairly lucky that I got the second word first guess then not too many options.

I did exactly what Errol did. I was vacillating between two words for the second word based on the text that was there and chose the correct one. Then I was lucky to choose the correct first word.

Frustratingly I had first and last words of the title, but couldn't work out what the middle one was! A spot of careful Googling got me there eventually.

Nice one. A little bit of a phrase gave me a word which also appeared in a completely different context and stopped me going down the wrong rabbit hole. Took a bit of thinking about!
