99% of time there are no clues,
lucky to find any tbh

I saw the clue, it sent me down the wrong path entirely and gave me my worst ever results 😭😂😬
(was actually a good clue in hindsight 🤔).

It was (as intended) a cryptic clue to help someone who already had an idea of the subject. It doesn't make sense if you try to use the clue from cold.

73 guesses today, 52% accuracy. I got the gist early on but it took a little while to narrow it down. I forgot to turn plurals on which wasted a few guesses.

It'd be quite hard to give properly cryptic clues for this and pedantle, unlike the c/semantle where you can do it by 'green number'.

That was unexpected!

It's really hard to give clues for redactle that are helpful without being too obvious or too cryptic. But I disagree that they should be by PM. The whole point of posting a hint is to help other posters.

I do agree, though, that perhaps hinting should be left till later in the day.

Is there some way to write a clue so that people wouldn't inadvertently see it on their watched list? I use the app not the browser so I don't see snippets of the post.
