Super bored and very nosey😂

5x chocolate biscuit for breakfast
Greggs pizza for lunch
Red bull
2x diet cokes
5x fish fingers,mash tatty,peas and parsley sauce
Ordered a crispy m&m pancakes with strawberries and a strawberry bubble tea😁

2 under cooked and limp pieces of toast with butter and jam + coffee

half a banana and muller yoghurt pot

half a chicken pesto pizza

two bites of my toddlers pancakes

ice cream and warm home made warm cookies

about to cook something healthy for dinner thank goodness

Very unusually - toast and marmalade for breakfast. I have that about twice a year. Coffee too

Lunch: 3 rye thin crispbread with almond butter; skyr yoghurt with blueberries and a holier than thou sprinkle of hemp, sugar free, earnest granola

Snack: two more rye thins with almond butter, a few walnut pieces and a small glass of white wine with soda water.

I am now growling with hunger for dinner which according to DH who is cooking will be spicy chicken with broccoli

Lunch; home made ratatouille with goats cheese and crusty bread. Banana. Glass of wine.

Tea; bowl of home made veg and lentil soup , bread and cheese, some figs and walnuts. Cup of tea.

Dilutable Ribena

Dinner: 4 small tortilla wraps of spicy beef, rice, refried beans , sour cream and lettuce
& Rubicon Lychee drink

Probably another tea before bed

I am trying to lose the ten pounds that I’ve suddenly gained (perifuckingmenopause) so I’m sticking to a 6hr eating window and avoiding most carbs.

B: wholeneal toast with avocado and tomatoes and 1/2 a banana
S: coffee and 2 biscuits
L: rice veggie sausages and air fryer roasted veg
Another coffee
D: chicken and brocolli stir fry with prawn crackers
Dessert : glass of wine and a magnum

I am breastfeeding so I'm very hungry

Today:
breakfast: berry granola with sliced banana and glass of apple+mango juice
break at work: melon chunks with yogurt on top, raspberry and white chocolate protein flapjack
aftee work stuff my face snacks: babybel light, smoky bacon crisps, half a wholenut chocolate bar
tea: Chinese chicken stir fry
then a mini twister lolly
snack: just brought a standard size bag of minstrels upstairs that had been in the cupboard since Easter but ds heard and we had to share 😩

way too much junk, I’m well aware and hoping to make some changes and lose a few pounds as I can no longer eat this way without putting on weight but I love chocolate and have eaten what I want and stayed very slim since a young age so it’s a hard habit to break
