Two slices of homemade wholemeal toast with vegan butter and Marmite. Mug of tea, then coffee.
Two M&S Lindor-alikes (but much nicer).
Vegan cream cheese and cucumber sandwich. Packet of cheese and onion crisps.
Apple.
Wholemeal fusilli with creamy leek and mushroom sauce and lots of cheese.
Might have some strawberries in a bit.

I'm pretty new to a kind of paleo way of eating and so far I absolutely love it. Genuinely feel great and finally free from the carb cravings and energy crashes!

Breakfast: 2 x pre made pancakes with raspberry jam & squirty cream
Large skinny oat milk latte

Lunch: Salad with lettuce, tomato, carrot, leftover tuna mayo with onion and a Greggs chicken bake 😋
1 x can Diet Coke

Dinner: baked chicken thigh & leg, new potatoes with butter, broccoli and steamed carrots with gravy

The heat kills my appetite so that's during the day and no doubt now the sun has gone down I'll get starving soon enough and have a binge on some cheese and crackers or crisps and a biscuit

Two cheese rolls and a late tea of a sort of ersatz kedgeree. Hot poorly kids who can't sleep.

Small bar of chocolate that came with some samples from a rep

No breakfast (never do).

Greek yogurt with a tsp honey and some dried apricots for lunch with a pear and some grapes.
4 crackers with pineapple and almond cheese on, with an apple, some celery and some grapes.

A magnum.

All well within my calories.

Jut caved and ate 2 granola cookies.
