Is everyone but me already aware that the Wordle solution list doesn't include 5 letter words that are just 4 letter words with an S added?
So the answer won't be TENTS or LOOKS but it will allow you to enter them as a guess.
I wasted many guesses with PLOYS

Losing the will

I think we’ve already ascertained that we use the same starting word. Our patterns look very similar again today!

It took me a really long time to realise this, like you I have wasted far too many guesses on plurals.

I use plurals but to rule out the the use of an S all together.

And I can work out what your 4th guess was too!

I don't keep a spreadsheet but am considering it as I can't remember from one day to the next what the words were

I love a spreadsheet. I may keep a list of all my starter words too.

I had no idea about the plural words - that might narrow it down just a little in future. Made a bad start today. I tend to always use the same starter word but sometimes, like today I need a good second word and then it would be useful to have a list but is really too much hard work so I will continue to guess randomly!

My 4th guess could well describe my performance today 😄

I rarely can remember what the day before's Word was. I did almost put FOYER in recently until I remembered it had been a Solution Word in the past few weeks.
