Have Ocado stopped doing Star Reviewer?

I haven’t had one since before Christmas.

Just looked through my emails and last one I had was 3rd December last year.

I've been wondering the same. They've sent me a couple of vouchers lately but nothing to review.

Just checked and same.

I was wondering this too. Thought perhaps I’d just been ditched!

Was just thinking about this the other day, I thought I'd been ditched for my unenthusiastic reviews! Last coupons I had were 3rd Dec as well.

Haven't been asked for months now! Just assumed I'd had my turn...
Hope it comes back. I loved it.

Loads of random stuff. Quite a few skincare products. I think my best one was a bottle of whisky!

I was one a few years ago for about 6 months and then it just stopped with no explanation. I had done all the reviews etc. I assumed they just cycle it round delivery pass people. I've seen star reviewer reviews this week for products.

Thanks, all - I feel much better now - mine was 3rd December too!
But if there are still Star Reviews, maybe they just terminated the whole lot of us to give somebody else a turn.
(I did get a free sparkly snowfall bottle of gin liqueur around Christmas too. Maybe that was my last hurrah.)

Last one I had in December was the Wild Kentucky Whiskey, hair dye and sausage rolls. In the past I've had a £40 bottle of Tequila and my best ever was a £140 Bluetooth, App controlled Toothbrush.

I don't actually drink, so anything like that is passed down the line to my son in exchange for a review 😂

My last one was December too. I asked them about it and they didn't say they've stopped it.

Your December one was much better than mine! I got Domestos, goats milk yogurt, chocolate Graze bars, Ocado bathroom cleaner and Australian beer (1 small bottle).

My best ever were a bottle of marmalade gin and a premixed espresso martini - that was delicious!

Has anyone got their Star Reviewer status back yet please? My last windfall was December as well and despite continuing to review and being reasonably positive, no sign yet. Annoyingly, every other product I look at seems to have 'I'm reviewing this because I received a free sample' in half the reviews...

Nope. Not a sniff of a freebie.

It's alive and kicking. I've noticed a number of reviews lately dated this month, all of them saying, 'I got a free sample from Ocado to review'. I was very miffed, as one of them was an electric toothbrush!

It's back! Well, I've had an email today with codes after a gap of MONTHS.

Still nothing. Feeling dumped like this makes me dislike Ocado whereas if I’d never been a star reviewer I’d be fine about it. If they cycle around fair enough but why not just explain that to people?

I have a smart pass and weekly delivery and never get offers anymore and the flash sales are rubbish. Also, I used to get a £10 wine or chocs voucher each year on the anniversary of joining but that seems to have gone now as well.

Did anyone manage to get the £3 (was £16) chocolate cake? I ordered it a week ago and it was 'unavailable' in my delivery today. Disappointing but I can't say I was surprised.

Anyway, I still love Ocado for their efficiency. I'd just love the odd decent offer or freebie after 10+ years of custom.

I’ve cancelled my smart pass. I’ve been with them continuously for 14 years.
Smart reviewer never came back for me, I found the quality of the veg started to slide after repeatedly being sent bags of carrots the size and width of a child’s finger and the rest of my weekly veg was often iffy. I’d started to cheat more regularly with Waitrose and then doing small top up shops when I was passing other places. I realised I was barely having a delivery a month so I cancelled.
