This is one of my favourite songs, and I’ve listened to it literally hundreds of times, and I thought it was ‘hole’ too!!

Because my DH and DS just went to see them we have been listening to their back catalogue a lot. Love this song, and the beard is amazing!

It's hope. There was an interesting interview with him in a music magazine, many years ago, that related just how perosonal and sad the origins of the song awere.
