I solved Semantle #58 in 119 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 10.30. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #18. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 8.49. semantle.novalis.org/

Wtaf. I got it in 119 with only 2 greens (123 and 414), neither of which had anything to do with the answer. Bizarre.

The first might be a typo. The second might quite sensibly be related if you've got a proper oldfashioned 414 and 1000s, though I've not come across that.

I suppose just about anything might be of relevance to a 1000 though!

@ErrolTheDragon ah typo - good idea! That would make some sense. And yes that was the connection which my mind was thinking of when I tried word 1000 - after having run through many other things I could imagine 414 being associated with!

Urgh! I only had two greens so this was quite a fluke. I got stuck for ages with synonyms of 934 and not a single one was green so that was very confusing. Then managing to get 567 somehow led me there on the next guess 🤷🏼‍♀️
