Feeling fed up so thought I’d start a comforting thread! I’m pissed off with DH, even more so because he seems oblivious! DD13 is lurking in her room but has been out for at least 3 walks today ( she is school refusing). DH is making ham & cheese omelettes later & I’ll throw some chips in. I have a couple of letters to write but probably won’t do them tonight. Will no doubt chill in front of Corrie & catch up with Doctors. It’s my turn to put the rabbits to bed. Oh the excitement lol 🤣

Im pissed off with dh too and like yours hes totally oblivious. Hes just eaten dinner i made him ive had feck all.

I have just put two tired fosterlings to bed, No.1 (almost 2) had a fantastic time at forest school today that mainly involved sitting in water. No.2 (9 months) had a lovely time on a rug, squealing loudly at all the fun going on. They are now bathed and in bed. I have just lit DH's candle, it is stood by the flowers that stood on his coffin on Monday, a mixture of sunflowers, a mixture of white flowers and some purple roses (purple for pancreatic cancer). I have to do my daily notes for the babies but at the moment I am grabbing a tea and having a few minutes of solitude and thinking of my dearest 'old goat'.

I'm tired and havent even had a hard day. We had mince and tortilla wraps for dinner and they were lovely.
Think it's a Netflix kind of night.

It's blissfully quiet & peaceful...... DH is out at golf ... I have three friends arriving shortly for wine and chat. Lovely .

Today was my day in the office so it’s been a long day and I’m tired! 4yo DD has just gone to bed and I’m lying on the sofa while DH cooks my tea- veggie burgers and oven chips. Then he’s going to game online with friends and I’ll probably go to bed with my kindle. Nothing exciting but very pleasant :)

I have no idea what's going on in my house. DS14 and DS18 are at home, while DH and I have a coffee in a coffee shop near DD's drama class. Feels like a small Wednesday win

DH is doing paperwork in the dining room. DD14 is drying/straightening/curling her hair/ DS12 has just got in from playing football and is complaining (loudly) that DD14 has left their bathroom in a mess.

I am drinking wine and catching up on Emmerdale. In peace!

DH is painting the downstairs loo, we are having our bathrooms done.
DS2 is lounging about in his room before football training, DS1 will FaceTime us soon from uni in Nottingham. Can't wait to see him at Easter.
I've been painting the garden fences today, so just had a hot shower and enjoying a glass of wine.

I defrosted a curry today for our tea and there was enough for two if served with rice or a naan bread.

He's just microwaved the whole thing and sat down with it with a naan bread.

Been looking forward to that all day. I will be surprised if he finishes it.

I've got some time off work so dh and I have been out for a walk and pottering around the garden. We're stuck on the sofa stuffed after a mid week roast dinner trying not to look at the mountain of washing up that needs doing.

13 year old and 11 year old are playing roblox together. The 5 year old is playing with her toy dog. She’s saying “chicken coop” a lot for some reason. Dh is cleaning the bathroom and I’m sitting down for five mins before I listen to dd2 do violin practice then put the wee one to bed. It’s been lovely weather today so we’ve been out in the garden all day.

Roast chicken dinner. I will do octordle with DD 10 later. She's very good.

It's been lovely today so I've been out in the garden all afternoon clearing up from when we had the hurricanes a few weeks back. I hadn't had chance yet I'd promised myself I'd do it today. I'm knackered!! It looks passable as a garden again though so definitely worth it! I've washed the garden furniture down too, and the trampoline, so we'll be out there this weekend if it stays nice!

DD11 made tea today, tuna pasta. We've all had our fill, it was bloody lovely! I've just been brought a cuppa, and I'll run myself a bath in a bit. Need to give the dogs their evening walk first. DC just put YouTube on and doing guess the song quizzes.

It's chilly tonight so the heating is on for a bit.

Sorry to everyone who's mad at their husband, hope you have a decent evening anyway! Exh has been quiet lately. Good. The quieter the better!

Everyone back home, DD1 from using lesson with OH, DD2 earlier form martial arts. All have had pasta for tea, veggie for DD1, no sauce for DD2.

Kids now watching Trolls on Netflix, whilst I have a small beer after a tough day. Then DD1 bed and story

Ds1 is watching top gear on TV, ds2 is at cubs, dh and I have just finished eating dinner and I'm off to get Ds2 in a minute.

I’m sitting here thinking I should stir the curry. I had the worst internal scan ever. Plus I’m still bloated (I look pregnant) and feel sick as well pelvic pain. Ds1 is onPS4. H is apparently on his way home from the gym. Ds2 is away for the first time and the house is too quiet. He should be back Friday but I think it will be sooner - someone has just admitted on parents group that she has had to collect her child for at sickness.

I couldn’t include it in my whinging post @bloodywhitecat I’m so sorry for your loss and I’m in awe that you are still providing a safe home for foster children.

I've just done my nails, got given an OPI set at Christmas which I've finally opened and used.
DS is gaming upstairs. (As usual!)
DH is full of Covid, I think I've got it too as my throat and chest feel tight, but so far I've tested negative.

I just did first chemotherapy for breast cancer which has spread to lymph nodes on Monday, weekly pac one. I have been a zombie past two days but steroids took effect today and could listen to music, contact people (including my previous best friend who has been ignoring me since I told her I had cancer which may not have been a good idea, luckily DH is amazing and other people with cancer have been amazing and a couple of other friends have been great). DSs draft EHCP finally arrived.

DD is out with her boyfriend. DH is making DSs dinner. I am back to zombie land now so just had quick snacks and my meds and going to sleep. Lost feeling in my mouth and chest pain which is indigestion. Managed to do appeal for the £60 parking ticket we got whilst doing first chemo. at hospital as nowhere to park close by and could not carry heavy stuff I needed far and anxious. Sorry for your loss Bloodywhitecat
