Is this Alan Rickman?

Watching Hope Springs on Disney+ (Colin Firth, Heather Graham, 2003, bit crap) and I’m sure I’ve spotted Alan Rickman, but only for a second or two.

He’s not in the credits, I’ve googled and can’t find anything.
Is it really him or a looky likey?
For reference I’ve included a photo of Suspected AR with a photo of Real AR taken at a similar angle from the same year.

If he was only in that single scene "man in meeting" type role then he is probably just an extra.

I do feel I know him from that sort of thing, possibly he does loads of extras roles and occasionally a line?
