I have no idea what to feed the adults in my house this evening.

What are you having?

Teriyaki marinaded salmon with stirfried veges and udon noodles.

Stew.

Jacket potatoes with either cheese or tuna and salad.

Mushroom soup and bread

Lentils braised in red wine with veggie sausages

I think I want @mbosnz salmon now

Jacket potatoes with cheese, with chinese style rice & salad

Buttermilk cod, rocket, avocado and homemade chips.

We've gone basic with jacket potatoes, breaded chicken and beans!

What ingredients do you have in?

Lamb cutlets in a marinade (no idea what, but they cost £15 so they better be good), roast peppers and couscous

Sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry with rice

Flat iron steak, fried. Sliced thinly, borscht ladled over. Topped with sour cream and dill. Garlic bread on the side.

Tomorrow I’ll do the rest of the steak in a mushroom and black pepper sauce, served with wild rice and a salad.

Saturday will be ham, egg and chips.

Sunday will be some kind of chicken dish but I don’t know what yet...

Nothing for us as we seem to be cultivating covid and neither of us are up for it. the DCs are having cheeseburgers and vegetable sticks.

I was planning paprika pork but there is no creme fraiche. It's Thursday so diced pork and fridge/store cupboard it is "Pasta with Braised Pork, Red Wine and Pancetta Recipe foodandwine.com/recipes/pasta-braised-pork-red-wine-and-pancetta
DS doesn't eat bacon so I put a dollop of BBQ sauce in to give a smoky taste. Still cooking but tastes OK so far

I made Khoresh-e-karfas from one if the Persania cookbooks (basically lamb, mint & celery main ingredients), but I'm not making it again 😂

Beans on toast with cheese on top and ed is having meatballs on toast as she doesn't like baked beans
