I have no idea what to feed the adults in my house this evening.

What are you having?

Fish and chips takeaway.

Baked chicken thighs, butternut and Parmesan risotto and grilled asparagus. Tall glass of red wine on the side. Happy Thursday!

Not sure yet going to spend some m and s vouchers in a minute so whatever looks nice.

I had one of those new pies with the chips on top with my daughter last night and they are lovely. Until you get to the bottom. They have ruined it by putting tomato chutney at the bottom. So not them

I was going to cook chicken legs in the oven with rosemary, lemon and garlic with roast potatoes and asparagus but dh has gone out so I will probably just eat crisps and some cheese!

Lemon fish cakes with roasted new potatoes and broccoli cheese…all from the reduced bit in Tesco!

Thai massamam curry with left over roast beef

Barbecue cheeseburgers, potato wedges and side salad - yummy!

Spanish chicken, golden vegetable rice, salad, coleslaw and balsamic beetroot.

Chicken and chorizo paella

Leftovers all the way for us - cauliflower and chickpea korma and a dry potato and spinach curry from last night, plus some dahl I got out of the freezer, and the last two mini nans. Great to have a no-cook night!

Tomorrow it will be prawn and pea risotto. So easy to make

Roasted Med veg with feta and pesto chicken (all leftovers!) and garlic and parsley mushrooms

Friday is food shop day so noodles in back of cupboard, left over stir fry veg and prawns.

Yum.

Just tucking into the rest of the chocolate too - some Lily O'Brien giant chocolate buttons and Lindt Mint Excellent left in the fridge.
