I've seen loads.of amazing acts of bravery/kindness/humour in Twitter and wanted to share if anyone fancies it.

To start, a woman knocked down a Russian drone with a jar of cucumbers

Seen loads of videos like this with ordinary people calmly walking towards Russian soldiers who look shot scared

Georgian shop refuses to refuel Russian vessel telling them to go fuck themselves

Seen a few farmers towing tanks as well

I love all the tractors towing off tanks.

The Ukrainian mechanic who works for a Russian Oligarch as a mechanic on his yacht. Apparently the Oligarch is a known arms dealer so the Ukrainian sank the yacht. He’s been arrested but doesn’t care.

I'm struggling to find any more positive videos or posts, it's all just heart breaking and unbelievably sad now Sad

this is neither funny, brave or heartwarming, but it did make me smile!

Consider the non-smiling, terrified, silent flag wavers in the background, compared to any of the Ukraine imaginary.

A piece of terrible Putin Propaganda, maybe he should have added a long table and few scared looking, frozen smiling air hostess to give it a bit of warmth.

It's sooooo awful it's laughable!

First three episodes tonight, starting at 1030 pm.

Ukrainians just seem to be amazing. My dh was telling me how Ukrainians are putting captured Russian tanks up for sale.

And another one where a Russian tank broke down and an elderly Ukrainian chap offered them a tow… back to Russia.

I also admired the story of a Ukrainian brewery preparing Molotov cocktails with their bottles with labels that read ‘Putin is a dickhead’.

They are made of tougher stuff

I liked the picture of the prams and buggies lined up somewhere (sorry for not knowing) for the people fleeing with babies and toddlers.

Thank you for some new ones people!

I like this one, some German paramedics drove their "ambulance bus" 11 hours to the polish border to help and will leave it there. All in their weekend off, they are back at work 6am today

This made me burst into tears. I don't know why.

Those brave people. We're being told that the Russian people don't believe the war is happening and are all brainwashed.

This picture gives me hope.

The Russians have had 2 revolutions in 100 years, let's hope they go for the hat trick!

ABitBesotted · 07/03/2022 13:23

I have seen some of this and urge you not to get your hopes up.Grin

I must say, a lot of these look staged, esp the mine one

ABitBesotted · 07/03/2022 13:26

Some of this = Zelensky's comedy.

Quote fail.
