What do you spend most time reading on your phone? Apart from Mumsnet, naturally!

The British newspaper archive. I love history and have a local history based website. So I read a lot of old newspapers. I am very well informed about current affairs in the 1800's.

drigon · 23/02/2022 04:34

Quora, The Guardian, Reddit, Medium ( sub needed).

drigon · 23/02/2022 04:34

Oh yeah, IMDB for film stuff

garlictwist · 23/02/2022 06:13

Mumsnet and The Guardian are the only websites I really go on. But I spend far too much time on them.

That sounds interesting. I can't seem to scroll stuff without getting irate at some of the comments and drawn into a rant. I had to give up the Times as so many older (sounding) sexist male comments on any female MP etc Twitter, well same but I never seemed to find anything that was just interesting rather than annoying - happy to hear of suggestions. Face book - too many columns, options and pics. I suffer a bit of anxiety and Fb seems to quickly set it off. MN is it for me and i'm doing that less and following hobby stuff instead.
Malariahilaria · 23/02/2022 06:27

Reddit, twitter, The Times, I have insta but don't really get it. I came off Facebook near the start of the pandemic because it was making me miserable and I don't miss it at all.

Vampirethriller · 23/02/2022 07:05

Reddit, or I look at pictures on Instagram (I like the historical photos and dressmaking stuff)

savehannah · 23/02/2022 07:09

Facebook and I kind of hate myself for it as hardly any of my friends post any more so I end up mostly interacting with adverts, companies and big groups of people I don't know. I miss the days when everyone posted up about their days out and how their kids have grown, i love seeing all that stuff.

Twattergy · 23/02/2022 07:14

Guardian MN Reddit (prefer Reddit to MN now tbh, people are far less antagonistic) digital spy and Twitter (occasionally)
Love BTL on the Guardian especially the cooking articles. Nice interaction between regulars.
