Dd developing a hump what can we do

Doctor has referred her before Xmas and we are still waiting to hear something.
On one side it looks like hers shoulder blade is massively sticking out.
Is there anything we can do?

Ask GP chase clinic/referral.
Also phone clinic/referral yourself to chase.

Still chase the NHS parts OP.

Why are they thinking about doing an MRI? Scoliosis is obvious on a plain standing x-ray.

mri shows muscles/tendons as well as bones.
and it shows in 3d
plus it's a lot less radiation than x-ray or a ct scan.

purplesequins but it would have to be a standing MRI. Can't imagine that would only cost £50!

not sure about standing/lying

a private mri costs a lot more than 50£. it would be at least 500. plus consultant cost in addition.
