What age did your babies crawl and sit up?

My baby has just turned 6 months and we're trying to get him to sit up and crawl. Just wondering what age your babies did

DD was very nosey. As soon as she could sit up and see around she was done 😅 she did a weird shuffle around with one arm on the floor like a monkey most of the time as opposed to crawling too.

Sitting - 6ish months
Walked at 15 months
Never crawled. 6-15 months was quite painful 😬

My DD never crawled at all she'd shuffle on her bum.

Eldest crawled at 6 months and could sit around the same age I think . Youngest sat at around 7 months and crawled at 9 months ,

6/7 months sitting
11 months crawling
15 months walking

Sitting around the 6 month mark. Never crawled, only bum bumped around.

No 1.. sat at 6m, crawled at 8, walked at 11
No2 sat at 6 months, can't remember him crawling, walked at 9 m
No 3 sat at 6 months, crawled at 9m, walked at 14m
No 4 Sat at 12m, crawled at 16m walked at 2

Baby grandson, sat at 5 months , crawled at 6m and is now 9m and climbing and cruising everywhere but thank god, not walking yet! My early walker was a nightmare!

Sitting independently at 4.5 months, crawling at 7 months, walking at 10 months. Very much behind the average curve for conversation though, I think they all just do things when they fancy!!

All 3 sat at 5 months.
My firstborn boy crawled at 6 months.
The two girls crawled at 7 months.
They walked at 12.5, 11 and 12 months.
All very strong and inquisitive babies.

3 dc, crawled at 6, 7 and 9 months
Sat up late all of them, around 8 months I think

Mine has been a bit behind with physical milestones. I wonder if it’s because he’s big.

He still can’t sit properly at 7 months but is getting better at it.

Sitting: 3m, 3w
Crawling: 7m
Walking: 9m

Sitting: 5m
Crawling: 9m

None of mine could sit well at 7 months except one who was a w sitter. They were all petite. They've grown up to be fine!

My three all crawled at 7 months then sat up the week later and pulled themselves up very shortly after that. I missed out on having them sitting up and not moving about.

6 months! That's very little.

DS1 crawled 8 months sat 9 months
DS2 sat 6 months, crawled 8.5 months
DS3 5.5mo doing neither, although can roll repeatedly to get where he wants to be :o

They could all sit with support from about 4-5 months.

Not sitting at 7 months isn't behind, don't worry.

DS1-sitting 4 months, crawling 11 months.
DS2-sitting 9 weeks! Crawling 8 months
DD-sitting 4 months, crawling 4 months

All quite different but now they're all big no one would ever know when they met these milestones.

My dd did it backwards and crawled at 4-5 months, was sitting confidently at 6 months.

Just had to go back and look at photos to remind myself. DD was:
Sitting at 5 months
Crawling at 8 months
Walking at 11 months

Mine never crawled! Went straight to walking at around 11 months I think

All 3 sat up between 5 and 6 months. Ds1 crawled at 10 months, dd at 8 months and ds2 at 7 months.

Dd1 Sitting 7 months, crawling 8 months, running 10 months. Dd2 sitting 6 months, crawling 6.5 months, running as fast as her older sister 9 months (aka nightmare!)

Early. Was sitting up and climbing out of pram carrycot by 4.5months.
Was walking just before 9 months.

What. A. Pain!

Sitting-5 months
Commando crawling-9 months
Crawling-10 months

If baby groups are anything to go by there is a huge range for these milestones .

Sat up (without tipping) at 6 months.

Crawled at exactly 7 months
