Well that was a tantalising 10 mins with the unclaimed premium bond prize list

It goes back to 1957!

But alas, none of mine were on there. Not even from the years they didn't have my up-to-date address.

Pah!

Nooo! Don't give up hope, JustWonderingIfYou!

Try contacting NS&I to update your details, just as you would with your bank.

I don't know what info they will ask from you to verify who you are, but they sent me my Premium Bond info when I was updating my childhood Investment Account (grey Post Office book).

Good luck!

SuperSocks, doesn't appear to be the same as the Holder Number, because my Holder Number is 8 digits and a letter.

I'll need to ask my mum. She got bought premium bonds when she was wee. That'd be a nice surprise for her!

I remember having a yellow card as a child but around 5 house moves and 3 marriage names later I've no idea where it is. Can I just contact them with my new information? Thanks

This reminds me to follow up on a win I found over the summer ~ a delightful £50 🤣

Mumdiva99 · 28/01/2022 10:17

Your NS&I number is different to the premium bond numbers.

Yep. Info here: www.nsandi.com/help/manage-your-details/change-personal-details

Downloadable form here:
www.nsandi.com/files/asset/pdf/change-of-details.pdf

If the links don't open, use the drop-down menu in the top righthand corner > Here to Help > How to change your personal details

I've seen websites easier to navigate...
