I'm looking for a new one. I currently wear Jimmy Choo Flash but want to try something new. Any suggestions please.

Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, I always get sniffed positively with that on.

La Vie est Belle by Lancôme. I bought it after sitting next to someone wearing it at a conference . Since then I have been asked about it several times .

My Burberry the blush one. Bottle nearly done now but have a few that need used up so may be a while before I purchase another one. Also this was a while ago Vivienne Westwood's Naughty Alice. Loved it.

Aesop Marrakech Intense & Dior Hypnotique Poison EDT are mostly commented upon - maybe because they 'suit' me...

People always commented when I wore CK eternity, but only the original formula - the current version doesn't do the same for me. Elie Saab Eau couture - discontinued but I just found some online. Thank goodness, I didn't have much left! Nobody comments on my infusion d'iris by Prada but it's my favourite winter perfume. In fact someone once came in and said, who's wearing that lovely perfume. I stuck my wrist out and said is it this? No, it wasn't

An oldie but Eternity, although I find it needs a minute or two of 'airing' to develop beyond smelling slightly detergenty. Once it does I love it.

Eternity by calvin klein- never mentioned anywhere but i always get compliments. ive been wearing it since it launched and i will stop wearing perfume if ever discontinued!!!

Agreed. They're the perfume equivalent of being hit over the head with a sledgehammer. Especially the more common, mainstream ones.

D&G L'Imperatrice - I was complimented on it this week in a restaurant and was very pleased!

I haven't worn it for months as only have a tiny bit left and it's too much of a luxury for me to buy another bottle at the moment. It's a beautiful fragrance.

Herve Legerdid an Avon perfume called Femme a few years ago, I always got compliments on it and wore it on my wedding day. Some perfumes just suit you. Shame they don’t make it anymore

I loved this so much, and the Avon Premier Luxe. Both absolutely wonderful fragrances.

I'd love to find something that smells identical.

I wear an M&S nectar and jasmine perfume for everyday use and I always get lots of comments about how lovely it smells.
My aunt and one of my friends loved it so much they bought some for themselves. Only £12 a bottle too

lancome la nuit tresor. It's quite strong, one of my colleagues loves it, and 3 friends commented saying oh oblomov you always smell so nice.

I don't think perfume recommendations work though. The above suits my skin, works well with what I smell like naturally, but it's unlikely to be the same for you.
