Something relatively “normal” in terms of taste to appeal to the majority. This generally means something fruit based which doesn’t taste massively alcoholic or something very well known like mojitos

Espresso martinis are definitely the trendy drink around here. Nobody has coffee after a meal anymore they all have espresso martinis

Mojitos and cosmopolitans! Not sure on the non alcoholic ones though. Cosmo is just vodka, Cointreau, cranberry and lime. Mojito is lime, white rum, fresh mint and soda water

Margaritas make a party go with a whizz bang, so margaritas! That and one with a fizz - st her main spritz is basically grown up fizzy elderflower. You want long drinks so you’re not constantly tipping up, and with the st German spritz, I’d probably mix the st German and fizz, but let people top up with sparkling water to their own taste.
