It’s very simple - Prosecco, St Germain, Ice and a couple Strawberries - delicious and refreshing!

Good mojitos are very hard to make. Go easy and make woo woos, sea breezes etc. You can just Google how to make them. No idea re non alcoholic cocktails. I've never had one.

Negroni, Gin Martini, Singapore Sling (the official recipe), Aperol Spritz (does that count). I don’t drink vodka so whatever you go for I’d choose different bases to accommodate different tastes.

I love a margarita but of you don't have the ingredients it can be expensive! Mojitos are the easiest and just don't add rum for an easy non alcoholic version. Do a homemade sugar syrup. Just lots of fresh mint leaves squished slightly, plenty of fresh lime juice (you need more Limes than you think), soda water and then plenty of good white rum and the sugar syrup to taste. Absolutely delicious! You can do a classic daiquiri too, that's just rum, lime juice and a little sugar syrup to taste.

Non alcoholic, I'll have equal parts orange juice, cranberry juice and sparkling water. Maybe some ice and a wedge of lime.

Non alcoholic: grapefruit juice, simple syrup, lime and bitters or fake gin (even nasty Gordon’s one can’t be tasted too much in this)

Alcoholic: I am really into a winter rum punch atm. I think dark rum, simple syrup, lemon and sparkling water.
Also I do a good non alcoholic banana piña colada: 2 frozen bananas, one tin pineapple and half tin coconut milk blitzed.

Margarita please. Icy cold with plenty of salt on the rim.

If it's a long evening, just bear in mind Cosmos and Negronis are quite a "short" cocktails (high proportion of alcohol:mixer). You might end up with some shitfaced guests if they've got a thirst on

You could make something a bit "longer" like a Sea Breeze, Rum Punch, Sex on the Beach, with the fruit juice upped a bit.
