Am I a keyboard warrior ?

Some of my very best and most eloquent thoughts are at my fingertips !

I recently had a trip away. It was not cheap. I was disappointed with the awful food, which to me, is important when you are on holiday.
The actual accommodation itself was good in parts but not so much in others. It was warm and cosy but not overly clean.
If it had cost less money I would not have felt the same but because of the price I felt expected better.
The thing is.. I was happy to pay that amount. I was confident it would all be lovely. I anticipated a certain level of service and they failed to deliver.

I reviewed it on TripAdvisor. I did not slaughter them by any means. I pointed out what they could do to improve.

Does this make me a bully, or is reviewing an establishment negatively 'par for the course' ?

I write the pros and cons always. If it's not a truthful review it doesn't help people considering booking there going forward.

Poor OP, it is like casting pearls before swine, isn't it.

We were there for two nights only. Our time was precious. I made one complaint upon arrival
Time was so precious that whist eating you couldn't have raised your concerns?
I think posting bad reviews are unfair if you didn't speak up at the time and give them a chance to rectify matters, so yes you're a keyboard coward.

Turning out to be a Good Friday.

Good Friday was a very Bad Friday for old Jesus

I think you spectacularly miss the point of this forum, it's asking for opinions, I don't share yours, that's not being a keyboard warrior and I don't have an opportunity to raise an issue in person; you did but chose to leave a review after the fact.
Maybe stop trying to be oh so superior and learn some basic comprehension.
