Every cloud has a silver lining. Let's spread some good lovely news amongst us all....

Mine - desperate to go abroad and see my beautiful step daughter over Xmas.. PCR neg, now iso til departure on Sunday. So so happy....
Also offered permenant role at work...
And I'm watching cheesy Xmas films eating tapas...

Let's bring each other up now, happiness no big or small BUT no bitter or gloom allowed....

My DD and her boyfriend made it to Dublin from Poland and we have now all arrived back in Galway for Xmas. My driving was OK and we all arrived back chilled.

This was my view tonight eating dinner.

The world made sense again.

Sat here at 30 weeks pregnant with much longed for baby, have until 4th jan off (work in the NHS so have worked the last 5 christmases in a row) and am seeing my close family after they went into tier 4 just before Xmas last year

All the Christmas presents are wrapped and bagged up (sister’s family’s, parents’ etc). As of 10 minutes ago!

Even better news. I'm at the hospital waiting for the porter to bring him out because he's well enough to come home for Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!
