My MIL is actually evil

Huge back story with MIL - was abusive to DH as a child, uninterested in our children but obsessed with SILs, announced my pregnancy at 7 weeks are some examples.

Last contact was on my son's 1st birthday which she made all about her by crying about the mess her adult son had left her house in (fraudulently kept a council house tenancy for four years for her son to live in despite moving miles away with new partner). This was three years ago and we have barely spoken since.

Anyway in 2018 I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 27 years old and had a double mastectomy and reconstruction. Last night I changed my WhatsApp picture to a selfie which I hardly ever take, with my new boobs/cleavage on show.
Woke up to a WhatsApp message from MIL - "WOW you're ugly 🤣"

DH says to be the bigger person but I don't feel it this time.

On my iphone I can block someone but they can still leave a voicemail. I have no idea why or if it can be changed, just thought it worth a mention as I was really shocked when I got a message from blocked person.

We are nc with mil also. She wasn't invited to our wedding-I had my say via text before blocking her also! She sent ds a first birthday card - sent it back recorded delivery.. We moved and she hasn't been here.. Been nearly 7 years. Bloody bliss.
