Best chocolates ever?

I want to get my lovely mum who has spent most of the last 18 months alone some AMAZING chocolates for Christmas. I usually hotel chocolat but looking for the best of the best, what are your expert recommendations?!

They supply fortnum and mason and I assume don't use bloody slimy palm oil.
They have an old fashioned website but you can choose pre packed boxes or.. Choose your own.

Another vote for Audrey. Their milk chocolate and raisin squares were divine (and I'm a dark chocolate person usually).

I've just had £60 of chocolate delivered from Audrey's for Christmas today - 4 bars chocolate, one of the chocolate button bars, a chocolate penguin, and a box of selected mostly hard centres - I love being able to choose my own

I'm going to be making an order shortly it's the fact they are not supposed to use palm oil. I went to a local choclatier the other day and I was given two different answers on plam oil I can't understand why smaller makers still use it.
