How can I hang my wreath?

Made a great wreath (if I do say so myself!) but I can't hang it.

The front door is UPVC and all the hooks I try are flat and the top of the door isn't flat.

I don't have a door knocker to hang it from either or a back door.

Are there tricks?

I saw someone online put a hook on the opposite side of the door but every time the door closes, it will put a sudden massive strain on both sides and I've no doubt it would yank the hook off.

How about the opposite of the traditional MN problem of a CF stealing your wreath, sticking your wreath on a suitable door in your road. Just pick a nice solid wooden door and bang in a nail, hang wreath and there you have it. Pop a note through saying you needed to use their door as yours has an awkward ledge and it should be fine.

Lots of people are saying the suction hook so I've bought one from Amazon. Fingers crossed it can handle the weight of the wreath! 🤞🏻

If you can’t work out why ribbon would work, you don’t understand gravity

Do you have particularly rigid ribbon OP?

You need a new front door. Alternatively, use the ribbon method as suggested by 8,000 pp.

You could fashion a hook from more malleable metal, a strip of copper, and use a wooden block to shape it to your, very unusual (completely usual) non-fla, top of door.

Some really useful ideas on this thread. Not sure why the OP has been so snotty and rude to people trying to help. I have UPVC door same as Op and ribbon works fine. Ribbon is flexible so bends to the shape of the door frame. Seems like it is the OP who lacks basic understanding!

I just used the floristry wire that we used on to make our wreaths. It's really strong.
I made mine with In Bloom & Co.
They do postal wreath kits. So fun and so proud I did this myself
