Absolutely no kindness to be seen!
Just cold hard eyes staring at me barking questions at me…

I've interviewed a lot recently and I've met some lovely people but two who were just nutters. I dishes a bullet with both of them.

Had one at an internet based company where I got on great with the guy, really liked what they did, thought we could work well together. Then I asked about flexibility, I wanted to do 4 days, maybe one or two from home. I should add this sort of role and company is usually done completely online, and he wouldn't even consider it and said it's not allowed for any of his staff. His company so fine, but with an archaic backwards attitude like that he's missing out on great talent.

The other one told me he was sacking his entire operations team the next week and I would replace them (should add I don't do operations!), Told me all their personal problems and why they were rubbish. By the end I was almost counselling him to rethink and not sack them. He never asked any interview questions, just kept asking me "who are you?", I told him but he just kept repeating the question "but WHO, are you?" I was glad to withdraw my application, immediately after by email. He didn't reply
